Marketing-to-sales dashboard

This dashboard joins your marketing, sales, and accounting data in one place, so you can follow each lead from the first search or click to a booking and a sale. You see which campaigns, channels, and locations make money.

Scroll to run. Every crate is one task automated.

How the lead enters

Every lead from search, outreach, and ads ends up here, next to the sales it became.

  1. All data sources
  2. Joined by lead
  3. Funnel view
  4. Map view
  5. Revenue by campaign

How it works

The 8 steps of the marketing-to-sales dashboard.

These follow the same 8 steps I use for every build. A person approves the output before anything goes live.

  1. 01

    List the questions

The few questions the dashboard must answer, such as which campaigns bring booked jobs.

  2. 02

    Map the data

Where each number lives today, who owns it, and how often it changes.

  3. 03

    Connect the sources

Pull data from each tool on a schedule into one place, such as a sheet or a database.

  4. 04

    Clean and join

Match records to one lead using form data and UTM tags, and line up dates, regions, and locations.

  5. 05

    Build the views

A funnel from searches to site visits, quote requests, bookings, and sales. A map by region or location. Revenue by campaign.

  6. 06

    Test the numbers

Check totals against the source tools. The owner approves the numbers before anyone relies on them.

  7. 07

    Ship it

A live dashboard with a set refresh time and a short guide for reading it.

  8. 08

    Review monthly

A monthly review of what changed, what to fix, and where to move budget.

What you get

The outputs.

The whole system as a Claude skill

Your team gets the system written as a Claude skill: the steps, rules, templates, and checklists. They type a request in Claude, and it follows the same steps every time.

Ways to work together

Consulting or the full build.

Consulting

I map the system for your business and hand over the plan and the Claude skill. Your team builds it. Consulting starts at USD 50 an hour.

Full build

I set up, connect, and test every part in your accounts, then hand it over with a guide. Builds start at USD 1,500.

Questions

Common questions.

Which tools can feed the dashboard?

Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, your email platform, your CRM, your website forms, your SEO tools, and accounting tools like Xero or QuickBooks.

Can it show results by location?

Yes. For a multi-location franchise brand, I am building a dashboard that maps demand by region and follows each location from searches to quote requests, bookings, and sales by campaign.

Do I need a data team?

No. The dashboard runs on the tools you already have, refreshes on a schedule, and comes with a guide.

How accurate is it?

As accurate as the source data. Every number is checked against its source tool, and gaps, such as leads with no tracking tags, are shown instead of hidden.

Can my team ask it questions?

Yes. A Claude skill lets your team ask plain questions of the data, such as which campaign brought the most bookings last month.

Tell me the problem that eats your team's week. Answer the 8 steps below as best you can and skip the rest. I'll send you a plan for how I would fix it, with the tools you already use, and a price. Builds start at USD 1,500. Consulting starts at USD 50 an hour.

Workflows, automations, and code I build for clients are their company property, so I don't share them.
