Connect the revenue plan to the systems that execute it.

As a revenue growth consultant and AI automation builder, I connect strategy, performance campaigns, content, sales, data, and custom AI systems around one path from first click to sale.

Strategy and systems together

Every piece has a job in moving the buyer forward.

The engagement starts with a lead, conversion, sale, revenue, or efficiency goal. It then connects the work and tools needed to pursue that outcome without pretending any one channel guarantees it.

  2. Content, outreach, or ads
  3. Lead capture

One connected scope

Commercial strategy, execution, and automation.

Revenue diagnosis

Audit the buyer journey for leaks, measurement gaps, and untapped opportunities in existing assets.

Performance campaigns

Lead-generation and conversion ads, plus email and DM outreach built to create qualified conversations.

Funnel and content

Offers, websites, landing pages, lead magnets, email, ads, sales materials, events, and workshops.

Sales conversion

Consultative calls, demos, closing, follow-up, handoff, and client-relationship processes.

Measurement

Performance, website, CRM, sales, and revenue data joined into decisions and clear reporting.

AI systems

Agents, workflows, dashboards, and internal tools for research, execution, routing, follow-up, and reporting.

Four stages

Find the commercial gap before building the automation.

  1. Stage 1

    Audit

Map the offer, assets, funnel, campaigns, sales process, tools, and data.

  2. Stage 2

    Choose the outcome

Agree on the smallest useful commercial problem or opportunity to pursue first.

  3. Stage 3

    Execute and build

Run the agreed work and build AI systems only where they improve the process.

  4. Stage 4

    Measure and improve

Report what the available data supports, identify the next constraint, and iterate.

I learn the client’s tools quickly and build with the stack already in place. Important platforms include HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Ontraport, ClickUp, Zapier, n8n, ad platforms, analytics, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and custom AI agents.

Questions

What businesses ask about the combined engagement.

What does a revenue growth consultant do in this engagement?

The work connects the commercial goal, funnel, performance campaigns, content, sales process, data, reporting, and custom AI systems so they support one lead, conversion, or sales outcome.

Is this strategy or implementation?

Both. The scope can include the audit, priorities, campaign and funnel work, reporting, and AI builds. The proposal states which parts I own and which stay with the client team.

Do we have to replace our tools?

Usually not. I am tool and platform agnostic and start with the systems the business already pays for, including HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Ontraport, ClickUp, Zapier, and n8n.

Who owns the AI systems?

The client business owns the workflows, automations, code, settings, and instructions built for it. I do not share one client’s systems with another.

Workflows, automations, and code I build for clients are their company property, so I don't share them.
